Payment Policy

At VEER CABS & CAR RENTAL, we maintain a clear and transparent payment system for the convenience of our customers.

✅ Advance Payment

• For confirmed bookings, customers may be required to pay a small advance amount depending on the trip.

• Advance can be paid via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash.

✅ Mode of Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash (to the driver at the end of the trip)

• UPI / QR Code

• Net Banking / Bank Transfer

✅ Balance Payment

• The remaining amount must be paid at the end of the journey.

• For round trips or long-distance travel, part payment may be collected during the journey.

✅ Cancellation & Refund

• If the ride is cancelled before 24 hours of travel, advance payment (if any) will be refunded.

• If the ride is cancelled within 24 hours of travel, the advance payment will be non-refundable.

• In case of cancellation by VEER CABS & CAR RENTAL (due to vehicle unavailability or other reasons), the full advance will be refunded.

✅ Extra Charges

• Toll, Parking, and State Taxes (if applicable) will be charged additionally as per actuals.

• Waiting charges may apply if there is a long delay from the customer’s side.
