Welcome to VEER CABS & CAR RENTAL. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our website.

• Advance payment may be required for confirmation.

• VEER CABS & CAR RENTAL reserves the right to accept or decline any booking.

2. Payment

• Customers must clear all dues at the end of the trip.

• Toll, parking, and state taxes (if applicable) are not included in the base fare and must be paid by the customer.

• Extra waiting charges may apply if there is a long delay.

3. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellations made before 24 hours of travel will be eligible for a refund (if advance paid).

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of travel will result in forfeiture of the advance amount.

• If VEER CABS & CAR RENTAL cancels the booking due to unforeseen reasons, the full advance will be refunded.

4. Vehicle & Driver Policy

• All our vehicles are well-maintained and driven by professional drivers.

• Customers are expected to maintain basic cleanliness inside the car.

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, or carrying illegal items inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability

• VEER CABS & CAR RENTAL will not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings during the trip.

• We are not liable for delays caused due to traffic, weather, or unavoidable circumstances.

• In case of an accident or breakdown, we will arrange an alternative vehicle at the earliest possible.

6. Usage of Services

• Customers must provide correct details (pickup location, timing, contact number).

• Misbehavior with drivers will not be tolerated, and services may be terminated without refund.

• The service is provided only for lawful travel purposes.

7. Modifications

• VEER CABS & CAR RENTAL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Customers are advised to review the latest terms before making a booking.
